We would like to kindly ask you to please fill out the "User Status" column of the spreadsheet provided so that it reflects the changes you made.

Each cell in the "User Status" column-  A2, A3, A4 and so on - contains a drop-down menu for you to pick an option from (ADD, DELETE, UPDATE or NOCHANGE). Please, pick an appropriate option and once ready we would appreciate if you could send it back to us at your earliest convenience. Please see the attached screenshot for your reference.

Additionally, we would like to receive back information for all correspondents from your country agency in order to complete a comprehensive update. It would be very helpful if you could coordinate with other coordinators from your country agency in order to generate a complete list with updates made and User Status specified for every user in the file. We are very grateful for your efforts; please let us know if there is anything that we can do to support you.
