My Data Domains

Change your data domain rights in the My Data Domains module. Each change requires administrative approval, and thus is processed as a rights change request. Please note that you can have only one rights change request pending at one time. 

To make a rights change request, do:
  • Click on the Manage tab.
  • Click on the My Data Domains tab.


  • Change your permissions by selecting the corresponding check boxes.
  • Data domains are organized by reporting scope and sector.
  • If applicable, Dissemination Standards Bulletin Board (DSBB) metadata report permissions are listed under Data Dissemination Bulletin Board.
  • Click on the Submit button to submit the request.
Once the request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation of receipt email. And once administrative response is given, you will receive a notification email with response details.
