My Profile

Edit your Integrated Collection System profile information in the My Profile module. Updates submitted are processed as profile change requests, which require administrative approval to be applied. Please note that you can have only one profile change request pending at one time.

To make a profile change request, do:
  • Sign into your account from  .
  • Click on the My Profile icon for a brief preview of your profile information.

  •      Click on the Edit icon to view and edit your complete profile information.


  •       After making change(s), click on the Save Profile button at the bottom of the form to submit the profile change request.


Once the request is submitted, a confirmation of receipt email will be sent to you. And once administrative response is given, you will receive a notification email with response details.
