Reporting Preferences Set Up

← Data & Metadata Submission
One of the core functionalities of the Integrated Collection System is to be a secure and efficient platform for data and metadata submission. The functionalities for submission are located in or can be accessed from the Home module.

Data can be submitted as Excel Reports, ODP/ EcoFin SDMX files, and/or Global SDMX-ML files. One or more of these submission formats are available for each data domain as a Reporting Preference. Metadata questionnaires, if existing, can also be submitted for each data domain.

Dissemination Standards Bulletin Board (DSBB) metadata access is located in the Data Dissemination and Bulletin Board section. From here, the Advance Release Calendar, Certification, and Metadata editors can be reached.



  

To set a submission mode to Excel Reports, do:
     1. Select the Reporting Preferences button
     2. Select Excel Reports
  • Upon configuring the data domain, the buttons Download, Upload, and Metadata (if available) will be displayed under Reporting Actions

To set a submission mode to ODP/ EcoFin SDMX, do:
     1. Select the Reporting Preferences button 
     2. Select ODP/ EcoFin SDMX
  • Upon configuring the data domain, the buttons Settings, Submit, and Metadata (if available) will be displayed under Reporting Actions

To set a submission mode to Global SDMX-ML, do:
     1. Select the Reporting Preferences button 
     2. Select Global SDMX-ML
  • Upon configuring the data domain, the buttons Upload and Metadata (if available) will be displayed under Reporting Actions

To access DSBB Advance Release Calendar, Certification, and Metadata Editors, do:
     1. Select the Reporting Preferences button
     2. Select DSBB Metadata
  • Upon configuring, the Metadata button will be displayed under Reporting Action
