1.   Open the ICS Online Registration webpage, accessible by the link <https://www-ics.imf.org/ics/Register.aspx>

2.   Complete the required Personal Information via the form on the first page, and click Next when finished

3.   On the Report Selection page, check the reports for which you are responsible and would like to submit through ICS; click Next when finished

4.   Verify all entered information and click on the Finish button when satisfied
